Equality Committee

Founded in June of 2020 by our CEO, the Equality Committee is composed of diverse representatives across every line of business at Cloudera. They support our DE&I mission through strategic planning, introducing new initiatives, and identifying resources. Thanks to the dedication of this committee, our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion team was born.

Sarah Shin leads the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion organization at Cloudera.  She has over 25 years of experience in managing people, culture, programs, learning, and strategy.

Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leaders

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employer-recognized and employee-led communities which advocate for the needs of its members across a diverse range of identities and experiences. Our ERG leaders are an inclusive group who represent each of our 9 ERGs at Cloudera, collaborating to further collective progress, amplify intersectionality and demonstrate allyship.

Our People

Cloudera is committed to building a more diverse environment, but we are not yet where we want to be. Our DE&I team is working with leaders and team members across the business to help narrow representation gaps. 

 

While this data reflects our current progress , it is merely a snapshot of our opportunity for growth. As we continue reviewing our diversity analytics and enhance our commitment to transparency and accountability, we will begin sharing comprehensive data on a quarterly basis.
